The Multi Commodity Exchange of India Ltd. (MCX) on August 12, 2026, has notified members that a mock trading session will be conducted on Sunday, August 16, 2026, to test trading systems and connectivity.
The following has been stated:
Special Session: 08:55 AM – 08:59 AM
Mock Trading: 09:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Members using CTCL facilities are requested to participate using the MCX Enhanced Trading Interface (ETI) API Version 1.4.2.
Members are encouraged to use the session to test their trading applications from their Disaster Recovery (DR) site.
Members connecting through the internet may participate using their existing SSL VPN IDs through the MCX SSL VPN link.
Members must ensure that their trading systems are restored to production state after the mock session.
Trades executed during the mock session will not create any pay-in or pay-out obligations.
Connectivity and default password details are provided in the respective annexures.
